Nikolay exhibited exceptional responsiveness regarding diagnosing the problem, visiting our premises to inspect the situation, and verifying the compatibility of the parts we had ordered. He even went beyond expectations by identifying the correct washers that we had been uncertain about. On the day of the job, he was punctual and equipped with all the necessary tools to complete the job. Despite the unexpected complications posed by the rusted parts and screws, he was able to fix them on the same day. For the clogged drain, he employed specialized snaking equipment to restore the sink that had been rendered unusable, in just about an hour.
