Hi, I'm Schneider Orelus, founder and fitness coach at SoFit Training & Nutrition. Possessing over six years of experience, I'm passionate about guiding clients towards their fitness goals, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, or athletic training. I help my clients cultivate a robust and consistent fitness foundation to ensure they achieve and maintain their goals while remaining motivated, accountable, and focused.
How do our Virtual Workouts work?
Our virtual workout sessions are conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, or Video and last between 45-60 minutes. These workouts can be performed at any location globally, be it your hotel gym, apartment, or living room. All you need is your phone and a tripod. These sessions are customized just for you and are based on your fitness goals, exercise form, warm-up, cool-down, and fitness and nutrition planning. For maximum results, we encourage weekly updates on your weight, nutrition and workouts. Daily accountability will significantly contribute to achieving your fitness goals, and I will provide you with a comprehensive plan that must be followed throughout our training. We shall communicate via text at least 2-6 times per week, and adjustments will be made as needed.
Please note that our program requires a high level of commitment, and you must be willing to invest your time and effort.

Six years ago, I experienced several eating disorders and struggled with weight management. Fitness changed my life, improving my mental state and overall health. This inspired me to help others overcome their insecurities, develop healthy habits, and exceed their fitness goals.
