Marketing Blink was hired by us to handle our social media, SEO, and website optimization needs. I had multiple conversations with Sam, who seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the subject matter. Although we are a boutique Medspa, Sam assured me that his firm could cater to our needs. Unfortunately, we were not informed that they had no expertise in our field of practice. We paid them upfront for a three-month plan, which included creating our website, social media, and SEO. However, this turned out to be our worst business decision ever. During our meetings, we discussed our preferred color scheme, content, and website design. Nevertheless, their content lacked relevance and context as they were unfamiliar with Aesthetics. Therefore, I had to rewrite all the social media posts myself. I provided Sam with tutorials, but it was a waste of time. Our weekly meetings were regularly delayed, postponed, or forgotten. I inquired frequently about our website, but Sam always provided excuses or the promise of "soon." Ultimately, we decided to end our relationship with Marketing Blink. Even after two months and persistent reminders, we only received a primitive draft of one page of content for our website. It was not the design that we requested, and we were unhappy with the result. We demanded a refund, but there has been no response from the company, despite numerous follow-ups. Our experience with Marketing Blink was unsatisfactory, and we caution others against making the same mistake. The services we received from CrackerJack, on the other hand, have always been excellent and dependable. We waited two months before writing this review in the hope of receiving a refund, but the situation has not improved. Jason informed me that Sam was fired due to poor performance, but when I contacted the company again, Sam answered. Therefore, I conclude that dishonesty is now another issue to consider. Avoid this company at all costs!
