Will provided an excellent experience for us. We decided to purchase a Bowflex Max Trainer and opted for their professional assembly service. However, we were disappointed to find out that the assembly was contracted to Go Configure, a company with a terrible reputation. Had we known in advance, we would have reconsidered. Unfortunately, Go Configure failed to show up for our scheduled appointment on Tuesday, so we immediately cancelled. On Tuesday night, we stumbled upon Will, and he came to our rescue the next morning. His extensive knowledge and dedication to fitness equipment impressed us, and he not only did an excellent job but was quick too. Overall, we had a great experience with Will and would gladly hire him again without hesitation.

We obtained a Force USA G15 pro which included "professional assembly." However, the "professional assembly" provider caused us to wait uncomfortably for a week by giving us the runaround regarding the status of our order. At the end of the 5th day, we requested a refund and found Will and his team.
SoCal Fitness Solutions is outstanding! Their work is of superior quality, and they pay great attention to detail. They are also upfront and candid about their process at every stage.

It's been a while since I should have written this review, but here it is finally! The assembly of our Marcy Smith machine was done very professionally and efficiently. We've been using it for a year now and haven't experienced any issues whatsoever. Needless to say, we'll be using their service again in the near future!
