I requested the assistance of a group to conduct a comprehensive cleaning of a room and a set of stairs. They exceeded my expectations by completely transforming a 12 year old, dust-ridden carpet into a pristine surface that appeared fresh out of the package. The transformation was immediately noticeable to my household members. Additionally, they were able to deep clean the tiled area at the base of the staircase for a reasonable cost, and accomplished everything in an efficient manner.

The services provided by Rockstar Carpet Cleaning were prompt and scheduling an appointment was hassle-free. The pricing was reasonable and the young man who worked on our carpets was respectful and efficient. However, upon drying, the same stains reappeared on the carpet, despite a satisfactory job done on the bedroom and walk-in closet. The office carpet and living room rug showed less-than-desirable results. Upon notifying Rockstar, they promptly returned to rectify the issue and ensure our satisfaction. During this visit, we discovered that our refrigerator had been leaking water into the office, causing mildew to grow beneath a chair. This prompt discovery allowed us to fix this issue quickly.
