During our phone call, I found Jasmine to be incredibly kind and pleasant to speak with. I expressed my nervousness about allowing a cleaning company into my home for the first time. However, Jasmine helped to ease my concerns by assuring me that her team would be capable of handling everything. When the cleaning team arrived, I was impressed with their work. In particular, my tub was deep cleaned to an amazing standard, and my sink, which had water stains, looked as good as new. I am so grateful for their excellent work and for making the cleaning experience such a positive one.

I enlisted SnapMaids for a move-in cleaning on short notice, and they were able to accommodate my request. I opted for a "priority clean," with just one cleaner for four hours, and provided a checklist for them to follow.
The cleaner assigned to me was incredibly detail-oriented, dedicating three hours to thoroughly cleaning the refrigerator. They even discovered and eliminated some mold underneath the trays, which was impressive. However, it soon became clear that with so much time spent on the fridge, they would not be able to complete the rest of the tasks on my list.
That's when the coordinator jumped in with a solution: they would send additional help! In no time, Eli and Tia arrived, forming a dream team with the original cleaner, Juan. Together, they conquered the rest of my list in just one hour. Their work was impeccable, and they remained professional and humorous throughout the process.

Words cannot adequately convey my immense gratitude towards Jasmine and her team for their incredible job in cleaning my new house! If it were not for CrackerJack's restriction, I would have personally inspected all the areas. My cabinets and light switches were smeared with grime, yet Jasmine's team was able to eliminate it completely.
