Connor was highly prompt in arranging a time to perform the job as soon as possible. His team promptly investigated the cause of the problem and rectified it within a few hours, and a month later, no issues were observed. Additionally, he was willing to inspect a couple of other plumbing concerns in the house, such as water pressure, while attending to the primary problem.
