They efficiently relocated my three-bedroom home spanning across 1600 square feet with all major equipment without causing any damage, and the entire process was quicker than my original estimate! Erik and his team were exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule and immediately commenced with their duties. They handled my belongings with care during the disassembly, transport, and reassembly processes, executing everything perfectly. Moreover, I encountered a problem at my new residence when I realized that there was a missing dryer connection. However, they were well-informed and aided me in obtaining the appropriate part to ensure that everything was properly set up. Without question, I will undoubtedly contact them again for any future moving requirements!

Erich and his exceptional team at Smooth Move exceeded our expectations and left us feeling extremely satisfied. When undertaking a significant household move from Dekalb to Gwinnett, a couple of bidders asked for room numbers and gave up a rough estimate. Rather than relying on speculation, Erich visited our home to take photos and notes of what we needed moving. His quote was higher than the others, but our possessions represent our livelihoods, and we want to ensure that the team we hire can be trusted with our valuables, so we picked the highest bid. We maintained excellent communication over numerous days, which was great. On the day of the move, a four-person crew took excellent care of our belongings. It was a long and grueling day, both for us and for them, with two of the crew working overtime to help us set up our new home until 9 pm. I happily paid them for their overtime since I valued their excellent work. Erich suggested that he could set up our valuable antique clock in our new home, and despite an initial hiccup with it not functioning properly, Erich and his team member Darnell returned a few days later and got the clock up and running as promised. We've hired numerous vendors through CrackerJack, but Erich and his team at Smooth Move are the ones we will remember five years from now. Thank you, Smooth Move team, for everything.
