I had an amazing experience with Smooth Move! Jamal and Dillion exceeded my expectations as movers. Although my belongings were disorganized, they worked tirelessly to neatly and efficiently arrange everything during drop off. Even when I had an emergency situation, Erin provided exceptional service. I am incredibly grateful for the team's hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Smooth Move and will never use another moving company again. They truly live up to their name!

My friend was struggling to move some heavy items and was feeling overwhelmed. I contacted 5 movers and Smooth was the third to respond. While other movers added extra fees, Smooth presented a fixed price that did not change. They even tried to arrive ahead of schedule, which was surprising to me as someone who has moved numerous times between states. Upon their arrival, they quickly assessed the situation and got to work, managing to complete a two-hour task in only one hour and 45 minutes without causing any damage. Despite having to transport awkward furniture up and down three flights of stairs! The only suggestion I have is that if they are moving washers, it's best to insist on them wearing gloves - but that's a story you'd have to experience firsthand. Overall, an outstanding job by the team! I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know moving in the Columbus area and you will be my first call as well.

The perfect team to go with for moving! They assisted my partner and me in settling into our new home. The two individuals who provided the service were amiable, prompt, efficient, and ensured that all our requirements were met. When I reached out to various companies for estimates, some of the valuations I received were unreasonably high, unlike Smooth Movers, who match their competitors' prices. Engaging their services was a hassle-free experience compared to some of the other firms. Without hesitation, I would rehire them. My rating for them is ten out of ten.

They were extremely professional, patient and kind, displaying impressive responsiveness. Unfortunately, due to delayed communication from my landlord regarding my move, I was unable to utilize their services as the dates and times were not available. Nevertheless, I intend to keep them in my contacts and hope that either I or my family can seek their assistance for future moves.
