I operate as a mobile notary in Orangeburg, SC, and charge for my travel expenses. As a former member of the US Navy, my passion for serving others motivated me to become a notary public in 2020 during the pandemic. I chose to offer mobile notary services because the availability of notary services had become unavailable due to COVID-19. My services include notarizing affidavits, Power of Attorney, oaths, witness statements, and other general notary services. I also offer educational sessions on the importance of living wills, medical directives, and last wills and testimony. I am an authorized wedding/vow renewal celebrant, as a notary and an ordained minister (at my discretion). In addition, as an NNA certified loan signing agent, I assist with refinancing, buyer/seller loans, reverse mortgages, deeds/titles. Furthermore, I am a Certified Professional Coach through the IAPRC. My philosophy is grounded in our innate desire to assist and support one another. Lastly, I offer real estate photography services (check out the pictures in my profile)!!! For returning clients, veterans, active-duty personnel, and seniors, a 15% discount applies to the total cost of the services.
