On a recent occasion, I noticed one of the window frames beginning to separate from the wood, and the installers promptly returned to explain that the windows were pre-assembled by the manufacturer with staples. They also suggested methods to enhance the window's security and added a block to strengthen a side of the lower part of the structure. Additionally, one of the men offered helpful suggestions on how to safeguard the cedar from the sun's damaging rays since the playset was in full sun. This family-owned business went over and beyond to address all my concerns, even though the primary issue was not one they caused.
