While we may not be the cheapest or most expensive option, we believe in honesty, reliability, and standing behind our work. All of our repairs come with a manufacturers 90-day or 1-year warranty, depending on brand. Our diagnostic fee covers the cost of our time to identify the issue with your appliance and provide a recommended solution. However, we waive this fee when you choose to do the repair with us. This means you only pay for parts and labor.
We are passionate about meeting all of your appliance repair needs and getting your appliances running smoothly in no time. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to repair microwaves, gas appliances, Samsung, and LG refrigerators. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Although I could only pick three options, I would have chosen all five for Smart Tech Appliance and Service. They efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue we were having, with the technician informing us of the problem before arriving. Additionally, they arrived ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise for my busy family. They ordered the necessary parts in a timely manner and installed them efficiently. The pricing was also transparent and reasonable, not overpriced. I definitely plan on using them again and would highly recommend them to friends.

Smart Tech delivered on their promises by scheduling an appointment for the following day and settling on a fair fee that would be deducted from the repair charges. During the job, Angel discovered that a motor had burned out and we opted to ship it via FedEx for $30. He successfully installed the replacement motor the next day. Utilizing my VISA card, I took advantage of a $30 discount offered to first-time clients and paid for the services rendered. Smart Tech surpassed my expectations, and I look forward to using their services again.

The repairman performed an excellent job fixing our dryer. Despite the challenge of disassembling it, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. However, they should wear new shoe covers when returning from outside.
