Within 5 minutes of my inquiry, Smart Pro responded promptly. Raul answered my call and we discussed their services and addressed all of my concerns for 30 minutes. The next day, we scheduled a service at a reasonable price without any obligation of a multi-visit contract. Later that day, Raul even followed up with a phone call to confirm the appointment. The technician arrived on time, and he was not only professional but also receptive to our concerns. All of our pest problems were resolved efficiently and neatly. I highly recommend Smart Pro for exterminating services, and supporting a local business was definitely a plus!

We asked for pest control services to deal with an ant infestation in our home which had persisted for a month. The spray they used appears to have worked as we have not spotted any ants in the last 48 hours. If necessary, we would certainly consider contacting Smart Pest Control again.

Recently, an emergency happened at my home and I discovered that there were fleas around. I reached out to a few exterminators and Smart Pest Control stood out above the rest. Their pricing was reasonable, and the customer service received was exceptional. During my conversation, they showed genuine concern for my situation. Moreover, the technician, named Jacob, who visited my house was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He even assisted me in moving some items before applying the spray. It's been too soon to determine the effectiveness of the chemicals, but I have noticed a significant decrease in bites. I will write a follow-up review after the second spray.
