It was a great experience collaborating with Smart Homes of East TN. When we needed to swap a projector for a bigger TV, Jason and his crew went above and beyond by fetching the TV from Best Buy and setting it up for us. Despite the challenges presented by our remote rental location, they visited us thrice to carry out diagnostics, install the TV, and fit a new receiver. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional service!

The quality of work provided by this company was exceptional as they were highly prompt in their response. The team consisted of two friendly workers who efficiently worked to mount a 77" TV above my fireplace, ensuring it was both centered and sturdy. The mess was tidied up, payment was facilitated through square, and they wrapped up their work in just 30-40 minutes, leaving me with an excellent experience.

These professionals were gentlemen who dedicated their efforts to help my mother fix the television and align it with the wall above the fireplace. I highly recommend their services.
