The house we're selling was recently put under contract and during the buyers' home inspection, they discovered mold in the attic. Needless to say, I was extremely worried and immediately started looking for a good mold remediation company on Home Advisor. Despite receiving multiple quotes, I decided to go with SMART Restoration because Pony, the owner, sat down with me and explained everything from the testing to the remediation process. He could tell that I was panicked and under a lot of pressure to get the job done quickly, so he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. He scheduled the service in just a few days, even arranging for the work to be done on a Saturday. Despite the fact that the attic was difficult to work in, with Pony's help, we were able to eradicate the mold quickly and efficiently. After receiving the clearance letter, I was incredibly grateful to have found a company that puts customer satisfaction and quality of service first. Not only was the price fair and affordable, but the service was top-notch. Even Marie, the CEO of the company, called me to check on the work that was done. I was kept informed every step of the way and never left wondering what was happening. I cannot recommend SMART Restoration enough - they truly care about their customers and are committed to providing the highest quality service possible.

The entire team displayed prompt and professional behavior when responding to phone calls, emails, and messages. They managed to conduct a complimentary inspection on the next working day after being contacted. The mitigation services were scheduled for the following week, and the assigned workers were punctual and accomplished the task quickly and proficiently. I strongly recommend their services!
