Before the pandemic hit, I shuttered Smallwares, my Portland-based restaurant. However, I didn't let that slow me down. Instead, I teamed up with my partner and delved into the realm of catering. Thanks to my extensive experience catering for culinary events and private occasions for Smallwares' loyal customers over the years, I knew this transition would be a natural fit. My partner Nathan and I bring a diverse range of cooking backgrounds to the table, having worked in a variety of esteemed culinary establishments, including high-end Italian restaurants, farm-to-table bakeries, and even casual Indian cuisine. Throughout our six-year stint at Smallwares, we honed our skills to ensure that every dish we prepare features the freshest and most flavorsome ingredients possible, all with an eye towards affordability that guarantees an unforgettable experience.
