Sean was called to fix an interior sliding door that wouldn't latch correctly. Before his visit, another company had been consulted and they had quoted a cost of $660 to $1000 depending on the problem found. The technician from the other company didn't bother to examine the rollers but still concluded that the issue was caused by dirty tracks and malfunctioning rollers. However, I had doubts over this assessment since the door's rolling mechanism was working fine and the tracks were routinely cleaned even though it's an indoor slider. When Sean finally arrived, he simply adjusted the lock, and the door worked perfectly. Sean was efficient and a delight to work with. We'll definitely contact Sliding Glass Door Repair in the future.
