Matt's service was extremely commendable as he aided me with moving and finishing the house preparation. The proprietor was prompt in providing responses and addressing my inquiries. I only completed this on Saturday, hence if it functions as anticipated, they deserve a 5-star rating.

Up to this point, everything has been satisfactory. Although only four days have passed, the situation appears to have been resolved entirely! The employee who arrived was exceptionally polite and helpful! He maintained communication with me throughout the day and answered all of my inquiries. Furthermore, the gentleman who originally scheduled the service, the owner, was also exceptionally amiable. He provided detailed explanations and sent preparation instructions via text message immediately. They were also able to provide service rapidly! (Many establishments require booking weeks in advance, which is not ideal in certain situations, such as mine!) I strongly advise employing Sleep Tight Pest Control. I previously experienced a similar issue four years ago and hired Orkin. They were unbelievably discourteous, judgmental, and egregiously unprofessional! They left me waiting for 45 minutes beyond my appointment time and attempted to reschedule when I inquired about the technician's whereabouts! Moreover, they left my house in a complete state of disarray! This experience was infinitely superior!
