Despite taking a whole day to install only 4 lights, he gave up on completing the full project of 10 lights and charged me for the installed lights and material. Later on, I discovered that the light switch also controlled the outlets in the room, rendering them unusable when the lights were off. Upon reporting the issue, Cameron fixed it promptly.
