Eric, the technician who provided the service, was highly accommodating and communicated excellently throughout the repairs and upgrades to my computer. Apart from fixing my charging port problem, he also identified other issues that needed to be addressed, which made my laptop much faster and more reliable. Eric was professional in his approach and kept me informed of the costs involved in real-time as he made the repairs and upgrades. Despite being initially advised that the repairs would take at least 24 hours, Eric appreciated my predicament of being without a computer and went out of his way to complete them as soon as possible.
