It's not often that I write unfavorable reviews about companies, however, in this case, I have some concerns. While their arrival was prompt and their pricing was comparable to others, I encountered some issues with the installation of a new filter and salt chlorinator. Despite Kortney's polite demeanor, the filter's high pressure reading persisted after installation. Although I realize that this may not be directly related to their work, they promised to assist me in resolving the issue within a week yet have not followed up since. Unfortunately, I feel neglected. During the installation, Kortney repeatedly expressed unfamiliarity with certain aspects of the job, claiming to have "never worked with these timers" and having "only replaced cells, not installed salt chlorinators". She even suggested that I contact the pool's manufacturer to address the issue, which struck me as absurd. I never felt entirely confident in their expertise.

I am ecstatic with the service provided by the true professionals who consistently kept me updated and promptly responded, unlike other companies that didn't bother.

At the scheduled appointment time, they provided the precise service I had requested. Even though it didn't resolve my pool issue, they proposed alternative solutions that could potentially solve it. They conducted themselves in a highly professional manner and charged a reasonable price for the requested work.
