Todd did a fantastic job. Despite being contacted on a Saturday evening during a holiday weekend, he promptly came to my Evergreen property for an urgent snow plow. He was very efficient and delivered outstanding results. I highly recommend him!

They arrived punctually and efficiently trimmed and edged my unruly lawn. Their work was outstanding, and I am deeply grateful!

1. It's important to have appropriate equipment for the area being mowed. In this case, a stand-up mower with large rear tires was used for a small yard, resulting in uneven grass and areas that required a weed whacker for trimming. 2. Due to the size of the mower, a double gate was utilized for access, but it was difficult to close fully and was left partially open. 3. Improved responsiveness to text messages, with a goal to respond within two days or less. Regarding the selection of Skyline, they were chosen due to being a small family business and having other options to consider. While a large stand-up mower was used, previous lawn maintenance providers had been able to utilize walk-behind mowers without issue for access to the backyard.

Todd and I discussed the possibility of him caring for our yard on a weekly basis. However, he needed to confirm if my area was covered by his services. Regrettably, he later informed me that it was not. Nevertheless, he went above and beyond by reaching out to other companies in the hopes of finding a solution for us, but to no avail. I am extremely grateful for Todd's professionalism and kindness throughout the process. It is unfortunate we were unable to take advantage of Skyline's services, but their generosity did not go unnoticed. Thank you.
