Marc is an amazing individual who fixed my computer flawlessly. A storm apparently caused damage to either the motherboard or windows, and I assumed it was beyond repair.
Marc provided me with a list of tests that I could attempt on my own free of charge in an effort to remedy the situation. I tried some of them but was unsuccessful in others.
Unfortunately, the issue persisted.
After a three-week delay, I finally brought my computer to Marc’s immaculate workspace where he had access to all the necessary tools to fix the problem. He performed various diagnostics for roughly two hours and not only restored my computer to its original state but also imparted advice on how to better maintain it.
Marc is now my go-to computer expert, and I am happy to recommend him to anybody with computer-related issues. My experience was exceptional!
