For a decade now, I have been honing my skills in the field of martial arts. In my quest for knowledge, I journeyed to China to uncover the most efficient and relevant techniques from various kung-fu schools.

For my martial arts and self-defense classes, I have adapted the Wing Chun Kung-fu system, supplemented with the fundamentals of boxing, muay thai, taekwondo, and qi qong techniques.
