Although the staff were very polite and courteous, I will make sure to clarify next time that I wanted the master bedroom vacuumed and dusted and the floors in the bathrooms mopped in addition to being well cleaned. I was still quite pleased overall. 😄

While I appreciated the effort put into decluttering the children's rooms, I wasn't too thrilled about my personal desk being tackled since I had previously stated that there was no need to worry about it - even though it definitely needed to be organized. I believe the team may have taken on the task due to the mess, but there were some personal items that I hadn't intended on being gone through. I would have preferred if they had focused on the kitchen floors instead, which have some serious grout issues. Our initial instructions were vague as this was our first time using the company, so we didn't specify anything in particular. Despite this, there was definitely a noticeable improvement in the overall cleanliness of the space, and for our next cleaning, we will be more specific in detailing our needs.
