Improve your responsiveness. Initially, I was informed he would provide a quote within a few days. However, after waiting for a week, I sent an email and was informed that he had sent the quote, which I never received. He later promised to have it ready in a couple of days, but I didn't receive any response. Eventually, I canceled the order, and that's when I received a bid.
