I am thrilled with the appearance of my floors! Working with Michael was an absolute pleasure as he provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the entire process, maintenance requirements, and offered support throughout. Ben worked wonders and incorporated all of my suggestions in creating the perfect floor. Although there was a minor issue with the finish, we managed to resolve it amicably, and he promptly rectified it. During the final inspection, Michael gifted me an exceptional floor system to maintain their luster and charm- a kind gesture that I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Simply Floors for anyone looking to redesign their flooring. Unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with how to upload images, but I opted for a natural look and no stain- they are stunning!

Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful during our move from the Washington coast. He coordinated with our real estate agent to provide us with an accurate estimate, which he then clearly explained, along with providing photographs of the necessary work. He even went above and beyond by sending us a picture of the floor stain he applied to ensure we were satisfied with the result. While the clean-up was a bit less thorough than we had hoped, the finished product is certainly worth the minor inconvenience.
