Unlike the initial pool company I contacted, Mike acted professionally and demonstrated responsiveness. The previous company failed to exhibit basic courtesy by not returning my call to cancel the appointment. In contrast, Mike not only showed up but also did an outstanding job of thoroughly cleaning our pool, making us very satisfied customers.
