To everyone else: We recently completed a bathroom remodel that involved moving part of a wall, repositioning the toilet in the adjacent bathroom, floor-to-ceiling tiling, fixture replacement, and expanding the shower from a small, dark stall to a spacious, bench-equipped space that's perfect for aging in place. We even replaced the former door with a pocket door. Serge and his team were fantastic! They were always mindful of our COVID precautions and took excellent care of the working and non-working areas with durable floor protection. When the demolition began, they discovered some structural issues and poorly executed repairs. They skillfully resolved these issues and strengthened the structure. They also worked diligently on adjusting the framing and shimming, tasks that were not visible but essential for flawless tile and ceiling lines that do not curve. Serge had already incorporated these tasks into his timeline. When my partner and I altered some of our decisions later in the project (such as switching medicine cabinets and adding a second showerhead), Serge and his team adapted without hassle. It helped that we made these decisions before the cement board went up, so the studs and plumbing were still visible. It's wonderful to work with someone who is adaptable! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Serge and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Our shower was completely remodeled by Serge and his team due to a roof leak which caused us to replace the entire shower. Their work is top-notch, specifically the flawless tile work. Furthermore, they were all excellent to work with - professional, on time, and hardworking. I highly recommend them.
