I am patiently awaiting action, but there have been some delays. The latest delay was due to a mistake on my part, but the previous delays were caused by others. Fortunately, the representative has been in regular communication with me and answered all of my inquiries. I found it relatively easy to communicate with them, and they have made me feel supported and sympathetic to my concerns. Despite this, no progress has been made, and I have already paid my bill. I am hopeful that next week something can be done to address my problems.
