Wow! I am just blown away by the positive experience we had with Troy and his employee John. We contacted them on a Monday to assist with the removal of problematic ceramic tile flooring in our bathroom, which was complicated by several layers of cement underneath. To our amazement, Troy was able to come the very next day to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, offering helpful advice and tips for our future tile-laying and toilet installation needs. Despite the difficulty of the task, Troy and John did an amazing job and left our bathroom cleaner than they found it. It was evident that Troy is truly a pro at what he does and a genuinely great guy.
