The work he did at my house was commendable. Although, I had a minor disagreement with him for demanding payment before showing me his work, which seemed peculiar to me. However, when I went to inspect the job, I was amazed by the excellent work he had done. The floors looked new again, and his suggestion to use oil coating instead of staining was wise. We ended up saving $100 and the floor looked fantastic. He didn't overcharge us but instead did a great job while still saving us some money. Thank you so much for the wonderful work. Silvamora's work was exceptional. I highly recommend him as he even worked on a Sunday to ensure the job was completed. He was extremely responsive and efficient, leaving my floors looking amazing. Despite obstacles such as a cedar chest in the room that couldn't be moved, he handled it with no complaints and took care of everything with perfection. If I had more floors to refinish, he would be my first choice. Additionally, his pricing is very reasonable.
