Since I began working as a Trainer in a local commercial gym in 2021, coaching my clients towards achieving their objectives and conquering obstacles such as those mentioned above has been my primary focus.

As a Trainer, I am still relatively new to the field, which is why I dedicate significant effort and time to improve my coaching skills and knowledge of fitness training and nutrition. My primary goal is to provide not only superb service but, more significantly, RESULTS.

If you can relate to the goals and roadblocks referred to above and are looking for coaching from a Fitness Coach who puts their body to the test, I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with you.

My training approach mostly concentrates on Strength Training, Hypertrophy/Muscle development (and for women, let it be clear that LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU "BULKY"), and increasing Mobility. Moreover, I guide my clients on basic nutritional requirements and macronutrient/calorie tracking.

As for my certification/education status, here it is:

Since the end of quarantine, I had been yearning to go to the gym and attain my fitness objectives, but was unsure of how to proceed. Fortunately, my cousin and I stumbled upon Eddie and had our fitness journey kickstarted. Training with Eddie was always a phenomenal experience, leaving us feeling like we had pushed our bodies to the limit (in a good way, of course! 😅).
