Since I began working as a Trainer in a local commercial gym in 2021, coaching my clients towards achieving their objectives and conquering obstacles such as those mentioned above has been my primary focus.
As a Trainer, I am still relatively new to the field, which is why I dedicate significant effort and time to improve my coaching skills and knowledge of fitness training and nutrition. My primary goal is to provide not only superb service but, more significantly, RESULTS.

My training approach mostly concentrates on Strength Training, Hypertrophy/Muscle development (and for women, let it be clear that LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU "BULKY"), and increasing Mobility. Moreover, I guide my clients on basic nutritional requirements and macronutrient/calorie tracking.
