Sid visited to inspect a non-flushing toilet. Not surprisingly, I had to purchase a new toilet, which he did from Home Depot and replaced. He also moved the old toilet to my garage.
However, later I received an urgent call that my preschool was heavily flooded with two inches of standing water. Sid accompanied me to the location and identified the cause of the leak, effectively stopped it and ensured it wouldn't occur again.
Without a doubt, I would hire his services again.
