Wow, I am truly amazed by this team's exceptional performance! They have been truly phenomenal. Despite my home being on the market for 5 weeks with plenty of interest, it seemed to always be the second choice for potential buyers. Although their feedback was positive, it was all nit-picky. Then, I reached out to Teresa on a Saturday during a holiday week. By Thursday, the home was completed and ready for an open house on Sunday. After staging, there was a written offer on Monday; the feedback was incredible! There were no more nit-picky comments, and people seemed to be more emotionally attached to the house. Before staging, people appreciated the home but did not quite feel it was the right fit. However, Teresa's magic turned everything around! I opted for the larger package, which was still more affordable than other competitors.
