Hope you're having a fantastic day! My ultimate goal is to help people achieve their goals and bring out the best in them, all while keeping it fun and at their own pace. As a current strength and conditioning coach for Rutgers Football and former NFL player with extensive personal training experience, I can adapt to any situation, whether it's at a gym, in-home, or outdoors. I work with individuals and groups, and tailor workouts to each person's needs and goals. I even help people with injuries, aches, or pains, such as back or knee problems.

Working with me is more than just a client-trainer relationship - it's a team effort. My commitment to you is to provide the best techniques, energy, friendly competition, and humor to make the process enjoyable and effective. I focus on helping you achieve your goals in a sustainable way, using simple yet effective techniques. While I can't guarantee results, your accountability, consistency, and dedication are just as important as the workouts themselves.

A little bit about me: I started playing football at Rutgers in 2007, weighing only 173 pounds. Within two months, I weighed 195 pounds. Despite tearing both ACLs and being a 4th string safety my last year in college, I persisted and ultimately found my way into the NFL. However, my passion for helping others inspired me to become a trainer, and I have not looked back since.

If you're serious about reaching your fitness goals, I'm here to help. I'm flexible, passionate, and love working with people from all walks of life. Whether you prefer Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, Disney, or any other genre, I'm open to any personality and can adjust accordingly. Additionally, I have some experience with nutrition and can offer tips to supplement your workouts. Lastly, feel free to check out my Shock The World Youtube channel for free in-home workouts with no equipment necessary.

For three months, I have been working out with Mason, who stands far above other trainers I've worked with regarding his professionalism, drive, and scientific approach to enhancing performance. Mason is precise in his instruction and motivation, producing significant improvements in my overall health, fitness, and tennis skills. As a 45-year-old physician, I have achieved multiple personal records in bench press, squat, and sprint times since training with Mason. I've had a lot of trainers, but STW (Mase) is without a doubt the best. As a former serious college athlete, staying fit and healthy is still a top priority for me. STW has a unique way of being both forceful and gentle, and always knows when to push me to my limits. He truly understands the mechanics of joint movement and can work with anyone, from the most advanced athletes to weekend warriors, to achieve their fitness goals.
