We engaged Innovative Home Repair for two projects: constructing an enclosed back porch and building a new storage shed. Zach and his team exhibited true professionalism and the output was fantastic, all at a cost much lower than other quotes we had received. The back porch turned out amazing; I will include photos, and the storage shed exceeded our expectations with its generous size and affordability. We were thoroughly impressed and ended up engaging them for three additional jobs. They replaced all the windows at the front of our house with energy efficient ones, including two six-foot by twenty-four inch windows. They also worked on a termite-damaged rafter, replaced wooden elements with hardy planks, and extended a metal roof over the wood deck next to the enclosed back porch.
The team was approachable and accommodating, even to our pets and family. They were tremendously professional and easy to work with. We were impressed with Zach's exceptional communication and accessibility, including his keen eye for details, which was refreshing. We are certainly looking forward to working with them again on future projects.
