In the midst of July, the Central AC ceased to function. Upon contacting them, we were assisted by Sherman's HVAC who managed to fix the issue within a few days. Unfortunately, this was not the first occurrence due to the system's age. Nevertheless, it was the first instance where we were thoroughly impressed with the superior workmanship and customer service we received. We would not hesitate to request their services again, on a scale of 10, they deserve nothing less than full marks. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised when they waived the appraisal fee!
