Approximately 500 square ft was refinished by Sherman Flooring on my behalf. The floor was excellently accomplished by Neal, who continuously kept me updated during each phase and billed me a very fair cost for the undertaking.

Neil has been amazing to work with! Despite being busy, he managed to fit me in and complete the job quickly. The price was unbeatable and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My floors used to have an unappealing orange hue and visible wear and tear on the finish, but Neil effortlessly sanded them down, restained them, and added a top coat. The final outcome is truly marvelous. One word of caution, however; the fumes from the stain and top coat can be strong, so it's advisable to plan ahead and find lodging elsewhere for a few days once the application process is over.
