The sole reason for the absence of a star in this review is that I was unable to utilize their bike and trailer service due to inclement weather, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the process. However, I do admire the green approach to moving. It's an inventive and practical idea. The price quoted to me was comparable to others, but only because I opted to rent a U-Haul. They provide a backup date in the event of rain when scheduling. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute, and the rain persisted throughout the week. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Move It! by Bike as an eco-friendly and cost-effective moving solution. The staff's outstanding customer service is unmatched!
