We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to hire ShefShaun for our intimate backyard wedding. From the beginning of our conversations with Shaun, he was attentive, accommodating, and patient with my multitude of questions. He made sure to take note of any dietary restrictions or preferences at the start of our planning process. Shaun and his assistant, Curtis, arrived at our home an hour before our 25 guests to begin prepping the amazing food ingredients. They were both incredibly professional and took over the kitchen with ease so that I could focus on greeting guests and getting married. Shaun's main dishes consisted of grilled filet mignon, coriander-fennel crusted pork loin, shaved brussel sprouts, aloo gobi potatoes with peas and artichoke hearts, roasted broccoli with farro, grilled portebello mushrooms, green beans, and a unique lentil salad. All of the food was expertly prepared with the freshest in-season ingredients, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how flavorful and beautiful the dishes looked. Before the main course, we enjoyed Shaun's delicious and visually stunning charcuterie board alongside a creamy and flavorful calabaza squash soup. As the guests finished their meals, Chris cleared the tables while Shaun entertained guests and answered their questions about how he made such amazing meals, including questions like, "Who else do you cook for?" His answer, which included names such as Alicia Keys and Juju Schuster, left our guests even more impressed. Shaun truly made our foodie wedding dreams come true, and we couldn't be more grateful for his hard work and culinary expertise. Shaun's performance was outstanding - timely and impeccable. His culinary masterpiece impressed everyone, and we wholeheartedly endorse him as a private chef for anyone in need. With the assistance of Chef Shaun, I finalized my Christmas Eve and Day menus. As we indulged in the feast, I repeatedly heard compliments such as "This is scrumptious" and "This is amazing." Choosing a favorite dish was quite challenging as everything, from the rice and potatoes to the meat, roasted scallops, and green beans, was delectable. The crab cakes, in particular, were exceptional. I cannot express enough how much we relished the meal. Chef Shaun truly made our holidays unforgettable.

The cuisine was truly remarkable. I specified a dining time and it was promptly delivered. The caterer displayed courteous and expert behavior, leading me to wholeheartedly endorse them!!! We shall certainly avail of their services for upcoming occasions!!!

For our wedding dinner, Shef Shaun was hired by my husband and me. Unfortunately, we had to delay our reception due to the pandemic, but we still wanted to organize our ceremony and dinner at my parents' house later on. Despite the challenging wedding plans, selecting Shef Shaun as our private chef was an effortless and outstanding decision. Although we had never hired a private chef before, we decided to indulge a bit because of the circumstances, and it was definitely worth it. He played a significant role in making our day so extraordinary. Shef Shaun and his colleague, Curtis, were not only professional and respectful but also entertaining and highly skilled. The food they prepared was one of the best meals I've ever had. Even during subsequent conversations about how fantastic our day was, my family and I always mention Shef Shaun, how fantastic he and Curtis were, and the incredible food we enjoyed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shef Shaun to anyone seeking a memorable, seamless, and unique experience, as my husband and I would employ him again without hesitation.
