Initially, I was reluctant when our HR manager proposed Michael as the speaker for our staff enrichment meeting, primarily because I was not acquainted with him and his speaking fee appeared substantial. Nevertheless, I must confess that he proved to be an excellent investment. Even after a week, his session continues to inspire and motivate the staff. One colleague remarked that it was the best staff meeting they have ever attended. This year, due to the pandemic, it was our first group gathering since several medical practices merged in 2019.
