The individuals arrived without any connection components and were not prepared to purchase them from a store. While I was away on a business trip, they demanded payment before vacating my premises, effectively holding me hostage. Such unprofessional behavior is not acceptable for any vendor associated with CrackerJack. They exhibited poor customer service and showed no willingness to work towards a resolution that would meet my requirements, which was to install kitchen appliances. In short, they were the epitome of incompetence. I would advise others to avoid them entirely and seek out another service provider.
