With more than 25 years of experience, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops that enable individuals to enhance their lives. I possess a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and a Master's in Psychology from Capella University. Throughout my career, I have positively impacted the lives of countless people and their families by providing both individualized coaching and structured group sessions.
