Hi there! I'm Shaun Dougherty, and I offer guitar lessons both online via Zoom.com and in person at my studio. I'm proud to say that I currently have students in 17 different states, including DE, PA, MD, MO, AL, GA, NJ, MA, VA, FL, IL, and even one in Pakistan!

No matter your age or experience level, I'm confident that I can help you learn to play the guitar. Even if you've never touched a guitar before or can't read music, I have methods that will help you make progress. And if you're interested in a summertime group intro guitar class for kids, I've got you covered there as well!

In the past, I've taught students ranging in age from 6 to 92, and I've even helped some of them get accepted into music college. My own B.M. is from Berklee College of Music, so I'm equipped to teach more advanced subjects like reading, improvisation, composing, arranging, and songwriting too.

My private lessons last 30 minutes and cost $30 each. If you'd like to pay, I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. And if you're available between 9am and 7:30pm Eastern Standard time on Monday through Friday, I have lesson times available.
