I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mind-Body practitioner, and Yoga Teacher with expertise in Yoga Therapy, Integral Breath Therapy, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. My philosophy centers on achieving harmony and balance between the mind and body.
I believe that the key to unlocking our potential and achieving a fulfilling life lies in detoxifying and healing the body and mind. With my coaching, clients can focus on:

To that end, I focus on two areas: the body and the mind.
For the Body, I help clients explore challenges and set goals to address them. We develop custom eating habits and routines and discover tools for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I teach meal prep and share healthy recipes, as well as explore the connection between food and soul. The desired results include weight loss, reduced bloating, lowered blood pressure, lower sugar levels, more energy, and an overall feeling of wellness.
For the Mind, I help clients reduce stress and anxiety, clear challenging beliefs, and rewrite their stories. I incorporate breath therapy to overcome emotional blockages and visualization techniques to help clients create the life they desire. The desired results here include a calmer, clearer mind, a sense of renewal, a positive outlook on life, a feeling of fulfillment, happiness, and inner peace, and a deeper understanding of the self.
