From age 5, I swam competitively, fueled by my passion for the sport throughout high school. While I still enjoyed swimming myself, teaching others to swim and fall in love with the water proved more meaningful to me.
Now with 18 years of experience teaching people of all ages and abilities, I dedicate the last 5 years to helping individuals with disabilities appreciate swimming like the rest of us. Consistent improvement drives me, and nothing beats seeing the smiles on my students' faces as they reach their swimming goals.
I hold several certifications such as the Lifeguard Instructor (LGI), Lifeguard, first aid, CPR, and AED.
