Although a generally pleasant person, they abandoned their responsibilities when faced with a minor difficulty. The manager abruptly ceased handling the property within a month without giving sufficient notice. Instead of reaching out to resolve the matter by phone, they sent an email stating they would no longer provide assistance. No alternative property management options were proposed. This caused significant inconvenience for us as customers, leaving us no time to seek new management. Their actions were unprofessional. A property manager should assist not only during times of smoothly-running operations, but also during times of need. Scott was not particularly dedicated to helping me resolve my issues and communication was infrequent at best. If your property already operates seamlessly and is of high caliber, they may be adequate. Otherwise, I cannot recommend them.
