At Set the Stage, we are a full-service residential interior design and home staging firm offering a variety of services to our clients. Our services include interior design, e-design, real estate home staging, short-term vacation rental design, color consultations, redesign, and new home move-in design.
We offer both virtual and in-person consultations to cater to the needs of our clients. Our virtual design discovery call is priced at $75 for a 30-minute session via Zoom or FaceTime where we discuss your lifestyle, space design, style, colors, and quick tips to give your home a fresh look. We also offer a one-hour in-person consultation for $150 to provide a more comprehensive assessment.
Our interior design services cover space planning, color palette, lighting, furnishings, flooring, cabinets, counters, artwork, and accessories, with a specialization in kitchen and bath designing. Pricing varies depending on the project, with a base of $3,500 for planning, research, inspiration board, and design plan. Once approved, we charge a rate of $100 per hour for project management, ordering, overseeing installation through completion.
If you have just moved into a new space and need some assistance with unpacking and decorating, our new home move-in design services can help ease your stress. We offer pricing based on a per-job quote, with an additional travel charge for locations outside of the 10-mile radius of our office in Wheaton, IL.
