On a Sunday, I experienced a leak in my bathroom and I used an app to seek plumbing assistance. Martin responded promptly and confirmed an appointment for 8 am on Monday. This alleviated a great deal of my anxiety, and Martin arrived as scheduled. After examining the problem, I requested additional services which he also agreed to. Before proceeding, Martin informed me of the project overview and provided an estimate. Overall, he was extremely professional and invaluable. I will definitely enlist his services in the future.

Armando was called in to inspect a couple of leaking toilets. He replaced both as they were quite old. Although the cost was upfront and quite high, similar to other plumbers. There was an issue with one of the toilets. However, it was promptly informed and a technician came in the next day to rectify the issue, which was impressive.

Despite some confusion between the estimated work in Armando's office and the actual work, he installed a new pressure reducing valve and honored the initial estimate, completing the work at the agreed-upon price. Armando's honesty and professionalism are greatly appreciated, and I will certainly hire his services again in the future.
